Don’t Forget - 2018 Osha 300A

Don’t forget to post your 2018 OSHA 300 A Summary of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses from Feb 1 to April 30. All employers required to keep these records must post the 300A

Establishments with 250 or more employees that are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records must electronically submit information from the Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses Form 300A. 

Establishments with 20-249 employees that are classified in certain industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses must electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A.

Employers with 20-249 employees must submit injury and illness summary (Form 300A0 data to OSHA electronically.

The Injury Tracking Application (ITA) is accessible from the ITA launch page (, where you can provide the Agency your 2018 OSHA Form 300A information. The date by which certain employers are required to submit to OSHA the information from their completed 2017 Form 300A is March 2, 2019.
